Looks like Piers Morgan’s obtuse ranting on gun control finally caught up to him.

Morgan told the Times: “Look, I am a British guy debating American cultural issues, including guns, which has been very polarizing, and there is no doubt that there are many in the audience who are tired of me banging on about it,” he said. “That’s run its course and Jeff and I have been talking for some time about different ways of using me.”
“Jeff” is Jeff Zucker, CNN chief.

Piers blames the AR-15 semi-auto rifle for all mentally ill mass shootings to date.. Contrary to views espoused in this video it was not Clinton who disarmed the bases. The applicable Department of Defense policy doesn’t even affect the site of the shooting. That said, people who are comfortable defending themselves and others with firearms should be allowed to open carry or conceal carry where they please.
