According to reports, the showdown developed when the homeowner confronted the suspect, who looked to be loading the homeowner’s possessions into a car parked outside the house.
The suspect reportedly pulled a weapon and shot at the homeowner, who then produced his own weapon and shot the gunman, who later died at a local hospital.
