Rochester New York. A taxi cab driver pulled a gun on an passenger after she pulled an ice pick and began attacking his vehicle and threatening to attack him.

“I believe she would have killed me had if i had been close enough to her,” said Collin Green

Green obtained a firearm after had been attacked and stabbed 13 times, four years ago.

“The guy did everything correct,” said Lt. Jon Ballard of Gates Police. “He used his handgun to protect himself but didn’t go above and beyond to protect himself.”
